Waitlist
Please use the form below to put your name on the waitlist. Available membership slots are contingent upon how many current members DO NOT RENEW in conjunction with any discretionary percentage cap adjustment. Our renewal season ends MIDNIGHT on December 31st of each year and new members selected will be sent a formal invitation on January first through the third. Currently LFGC is capped at 2000 members and typically over the last 2 years we have had less than 70-110 spots open.
PLEASE NOTE: We ask those that are not serious about membership in the Londonderry Fish and Game Club, TO NOT ENROLL ON THE WAITLIST.
When contacted for Membership you will be asked to do three things:
- Fill out an electronic membership profile completely and in its entirety. You will have 7 days to do so.
- Pay membership dues. either online or by snail mail. 7 days to do so.
- Enroll in at least one Orientation session. 7 day to do so.
- Attend New Member Orientation on the SCHEDULED DATE you signed up for. New Member Orientation has a one time, non-refundable cost of $40.00.
It is important to note that January1st of each year is when LFGC opens membership to some on the waitlist. We will send informational emails to you in as we come close to years end.
When, and if selected, wait list candidates will receive a USERNAME and temproary PASSWORD.
EMAIL ADDRESSES. Fill this out CAREFULLY. Some wait list candidates were flushed because their email addresses no longer functioned, were blocked or incorrectly submitted. Please enter your information carefully. PLEASE MARK OUR SITE AS SAFE TO ENSURE COMMUNICATIONS ARE RECEIVED.
If wait list candidates use email addresses ending with .edu, .gov, or .mil, you do so at your own peril. Many block all of our correspondence. Waitlist candidates using AOL, Yahoo, Hotmail, or GMAIL, need to be keenly aware that exceptions are made so Spam or Junk Folders do not dispose of our emails. It is not our problem if emails go into your Spam. Wait List candidates who sign up with a workplace email, then ask us not to send correspondence to the address thereafter, will be dropped entirely without further notice.
AGAIN...DO NOT RE-ENTER YOUR INFORMATION REPEATEDLY INTO THE WAITLIST AS YOU WILL BE DELETED.
